Bug Description

The v3 user/group/project/domain grants now have many permutations. The unit-testing doesn't cover a great number of these - and in addition doesn't really test against things like one grant type over-writting another (currently a reported bug in the kvs implementation that isn't flagged up by the tests).

Expanding on the current unit tests would give us more confidence in this (new) implementation
