Bug Description

it would be nice ot be able to spontaneously send a patch to a different pqm branch from time to time. e.g. when sending stuff to a beta branch.

Agreed. We have --public-location for a similar reason.

I can see how it would help submitting to a release candidate easier.
I personally just hack ~/.bazaar/bazaar.conf, but I've sent patches to the wrong place that way.

The code has been update to prefer the BranchConfig.get_submit_branch() (which is submit_branch in the ini files), so this was updated to use --submit-branch instead of --pqm-branch.

But otherwise, this can be considered fixed.
