Bug Description

Special Android builds that include gcc as part of the OS image currently fail to build because the "libtoolize" command is used by the mpc build process.

Please install it in the build environments.

Added to build slave init scripts, created new ami-d12da6b8, updated android-build config.

Turns out we need a few more tools as well:
automake (current version) and autoconf (current version) are needed too.

Well, we still use Natty for builds images, and install from its package repo, so it's not exactly "current". Let me add those and see if works. Otherwise, let's consider either upgrading to precise (that's what Google supports, right?) or installing specific version from source (only if no other solution works, apparently).
