Bug Description
I can't upload po files for the "ddtp-ubuntu" product
The maintainer of the "ddtp-ubuntu" product used to be able to upload po files for the "ddtp-ubuntu-main" translation template, but now gets "Sorry, you don't have permission to access this page" at https:/
Similarly, the maintainer of gajim can't upload po files at https:/

Hi,
the same applies to product gajim.
pot file is uploaded by LP team, but we're not able to import .po files.
And we don't want to have new translations which are already done by upstream translators
