Bug Description

Currently if you play a video, which will use audioflinger directly, there's no support for changing volume as pulseaudio is still not controlling audioflinger's master mixer.

Master and pulse stream mixer should be 100% by default, and controlled by the indicator sound.

This bug was fixed in the package pulseaudio - 1:3.0-0ubuntu8

---------------
pulseaudio (1:3.0-0ubuntu8) saucy; urgency=low

  * debian/patches/0023-fixing_snd_mixer_poll_descriptors_count_when_zero.patch:
    - Avoid abort when poll descriptor is 0, such as when using it with the
      audioflinger bridge, like done in ubuntu touch (LP: #1092377)
