Change directory structure within .zip files

Bug Description

We need to change the directory structure within .zip files to make it more obvious. One top-level index.html file would be great. Everything else should be tucked away into subdirectories.

I think the primary goal here is that each .zip file has a simple format. My thinking is something such as this at the root level (using the English .zip as an example):

ubuntu-adk-en
 documentation
  html
  pdf
 materials
  logos
  posters
  presentations
 starthere.html

Jono: I pushed a revision which fixes this. Does the directory structure generally look all right to you, or should I get it closer to what you suggested?
