Hi, I see that every Traditional Chinese strings in https://translations.launchpad.net/blueman/trunk are been translated(I submitted the last two just now).
Is this a issue with Ubuntu Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) Translators?

The translation is ok, it is just not included in new versions of Ubuntu.

BTW, is it better to translate 'minute' to 分鐘 instead of 分?

It seems upstream is not active anymore. Ubuntu uses 1.23 since precise[1]. Hope one of the developer can merge my chanages.
