Bug Description

Please backport lightning-extension 1.9 to lucid.

Reason for the backport:
========================
Lightning version 1.8 is not compatible with Thunderbird 17 and Thunderbird 17 have been pushed to all ubuntu 10.04 clients.

Uploaded and accepted. I also test installed all the binaries from the source.

I installed it and now my calendars are visible again. Seems to work fine.
