Bug Description

on Quantal, clicking "Add..." from the "other software" tab in the software sources dialog has the following confusing example string:

The APT line includes the type, location and components of a repository, for example 'b'deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu quantal main''.

I suspect the 'b' and '' at the end indicate a python-3 related encoding issue.
