Bug Description

The same patch introduces trx_sys_doublewrite_space but still inlines that check in several places:

1) buf_page_io_complete
2) buf_read_page_low
3) trx_sys_doublewrite_init_or_restore_pages
4) mlog_write_initial_log_record_fast.

Also the fsp_header_init test is replaceable with trx_sys_doublewrite_space call, tightening its use a bit.
