経, a Japanese character(Kanji), is broken in my word processor, although other Kanji is OK.

What is broken about it? I was able to paste the kanji character you mentioned in the bug report into openoffice just fine. Perhaps there was a bug that is now fixed in the final version of Ubuntu 7.04? Can you still reproduce the problem?
