Bug Description
At the moment, a relation specified as "foo:x bar:y" will be assigned a relation key of "bar:y foo:x", because and only because "bar:x" sorts before "foo:y". It would be more helpful to sort endpoints by role, such that the requirer endpoint always comes before the provider endpoint.
