Bug Description

When I press a key a flickering black rectangle is visible for a fraction of second. In keys that changes the keyboard (shift, ctrl, alt, 123,...), the rectangle is not only the key but complete onboard.

Tested with different trunk onboard version, the problem was caused bh revision 990 (revision 989 is ok, black triangles appear from revision 990). I'm using 64bits arch with lxde and openbox in a wetab tablet.

I've tried hard, but couldn't reproduce this in either Ubuntu or Arch with lxde/openbox with or without compositing. I was out of ideas on what to change too, so eventually I've ripped out the double buffering changes and reverted drawing to the state of rev. 989. The cause for the double buffering changes, bug #1055448, got new low-latency tricks as a replacement, so really nothing of value was lost.

I'll close this bug for now. David, if you keep having problems please don't hesitate to reopen it.

I've just tested 1016 revision and the black rectangles are gone. Thanks, marmuta.
