[DOC] Feature innodb_track_changed_pages is not fully documented

Bug Description

[In:Percona Server Documentation]
When we enable innodb_track_changed_pages , the server now produces ib_modified_log files.
It is not reflected in documentation.
I would like to see more information what are these files, how they work and some internals.
