Bug Description

The gpib packages (gpib-modules-source, libgpib-bin, libgpib-perl, libgpib0, libgpib0-dev, php4-gpib, python-gpib, python2.3-gpib) can be found by Search in packages.ubuntu.com, but aren't available for download

The gpib packages (gpib-modules-source, libgpib-bin, libgpib-perl, libgpib0, libgpib0-dev, php4-gpib, python-gpib, python2.3-gpib) can be found by Search in packages.ubuntu.com, but aren't available for download. Few mirrors have Ubuntu's debianized source packages - found them on http://mirror.ii.uib.no/sites/archive.ubuntu.com/pool/universe/g/gpib/.

gpib-modules-source still depends on Debian's kernel-source. That can be fixed by changing it to "linux-source-2.6.10 | linux-source-2.6.11".

Also, an error in debian/rules prevents the source to be patched correctly and built. The line
#include /usr/share/cdbs/1/rules/patchys-quilt.mk
should be uncommented for the compilation to succeed.

I hope these fixes will be accepted.
