General Settings

I'm guessing this page is intended for site-admin settings.

Two possible solutions:

1. If we don't have any of site-level settings other than the domains, we should remove "general" and use "domain index" as the default page here.

2. If we will have site-level settings "coming soon" we should at least put a placeholder note on this page to that effect so that this does not look like maybe something has gone wrong in postorius and it generated a broken page (relevant for further user testing).

(I'm going to vote that we solve this using #2, and I've tagged it beginner-friendly because I think even someone new may be able to find a way to put some placeholder text here as an interim solution)

We've got a temporary fix from lp:~sunu0000/postorius/general_settings merged in as of rev 116, so I'm going to close this for now so that it doesn't show up i as a possible starter bug anymore. We'll be rearranging the interface some at pycon so I expect we'll have a more comprehensive fix in this week anyhow.
