Bug Description

The rubber band on the desktop is based on the color of the theme instead of the average color of the desktop background like all of the Unity dash, Notify OSD and others. This means that many times the selection can be invisible or just doesn't look right on the desktop.

I will do a backport since we will not go for the unstable version this cycle

This bug was fixed in the package nautilus - 1:3.6.3-0ubuntu20

---------------
nautilus (1:3.6.3-0ubuntu20) saucy; urgency=low

  * Remove previous patch; it wasn't the optimal approach. Add
    debian/patches/disconnect-extra-location-widgets.patch to remove
references to NautilusTrashBar, causing it to be disposed at the right
    time instead.
