Bug Description
Already seen on 2 different brands Intel Atom netbooks (Asus EeePC 1005PE and Acer eMachines M355), one installed in AMD64 and the other in i386, both being somewhat slow and runing on BTRFS, so made even slower ;-) :
- Right after bootup and 1st login, Ubuntu dashboard doesn't display any application, the only lens that seems to have started up is the "files" lens.
- The only way to get out of this is to log out, then back in, and usually the applications lens now works.
This is highly annoying.
This didn't seem to happen with Quantal Alpha 3 and early Beta 1, I started noticing this on both machines after a heavy set of updates, about halfway between beta 1 and beta 2.
