Need transitional package to the renamed libgrail

Libgrail is the new name for the "Gesture Recognition And Instantiation Library".

The old library name needs to become a transitional package depending on the new libgrail package.

[Test Case]
 - Install updated libutouch-grail1 package
 - Verify that libgrail5 is installed as a dependency

[Regression Potential]
Very minor. All known precise packages dependent on libutouch-grail have been updated to depend on libgrail. Libutouch-grail1 is still available in precise/main.
