Bug Description
When a game recommends some random productivity app, or vice versa, recommendations almost always sound wrong.
It would be nice to recommend only apps within the same department, or within a "similar" or "compatible" department.
Both ratings and review and installed apps data can be segmented before training, to provide more specific recommendations.
