Bug Description

because skype-wrapper.py runs indicator-applet-skype.py it uses a seperate python process .. this is perfect, because thats how skype-wrapper.py can monitor if things are starting up fine and sandbox it until it does for when the system is still starting up the dbus servers .. the issue is that the previous skype-wrapper versions would set the name of the process to "indicator-skype" this allowed the user to view process details and even end process using the system monitor or terminal commands .. now all you see is this:

most of those are multiple instances running cause of the other bugs, i just don't know which are other python modules running

i have fixed this .. will see if i can sort out repo issues

basically:

Basically because skype-wrapper is running a dbus i had to rename the python script to "skype-service" and indicator-applet-skype.py runs as "indicator-skype" ..
