Trying to build with

# apt-get build-dep percona-server-5.5
# apt-get source percona-server-5.5
# cd percona-server-5.5-5.5.27-rel28.1
# ./debian/rules binary

fails with missing dpatch.make file

apt-get install dpatch before building fixes it.
