Bug Description

Zorba's tests depend on a number of web-accessible pieces of data, and those data are scattered on a number of servers. Some of them are hosted at www.zorba-xquery.com, which sometimes gets updated without concern for that test data, resulting in validation queue failures.

Dennis has set up a single defined test URL (backed by AWS) at zorba-tests.28msec.us. We should consolidate all external test data there.

This includes:

1. All the test data in test/http-test-data, which includes a cgi-bin directory as well as a document root. These are currently served by zorbatest.lambda.nu:8080. Tests which use this data include test/rbkt/Queries/zorba/http-client as well as tests in the non-core http-client module.

2. Those same directories also contain a test (http1-redirect) which depends on an HTTP redirect (currently zorbatest.lambda.nu:8080/remotequeue) which will need to be configured on the test server.

3. test/api/userdefined_uri_resolution.cpp and doc/cxx/examples/uri_resolvers.cpp (at least) depend on http://www.zorba-xquery.com/tutorials/helloworld.xsd.

4. test/api/validate.cpp and test/api/import-hello.xsd also reference http://www.zorba-xquery.com/tutorials/helloworld.xsd.
