Bug Description

This is a one of a set of 4 UIFe that Design is requesting for the greeter (bug 1049231, bug 1049235, bug 1049236, and bug 1049239).

Visual mockup of the intended design attached. The basic idea is to lower the user name in the login box by a bit.
