It'd be cool if the default wallpaper would land closer to UI freeze but at least it's earlier than last cycle!

It looks granulated, I don't know how to explain this because I'm not a graphic designer, but you should work to improve this wallpaper, you still have time to make this wallpaper better. I see something in the color transitions, I don't know how to explain but it doesn't look smooth, it looks like if there would be particles or I don't know what.

 This is the first thing users see in Ubuntu, work hard to make it better. Sorry, this is my opinion. This wallpaper is good but it's not enough finished for Ubuntu.

The noise was probably added deliberately to give the wallpaper texture and alleviate gradient banding.
