tpcc_start segfaults when no trx_file is set

Bug Description

The recent change made by Vadim Tkachenko ("Write trx info into trx.out file") allows the user to specify a "trx file", however, if you don't specify one, tpcc_start now crashes with a segmentation fault. Patch is attached.
