Omshell.create uses unquoted IP address for host name

Bug Description

The host name we set for a new host map in Omshell.create is {ip_address}. It needs to be a quoted name.

Before working on this though, it would be good to see confirmation in Q/A. The error that omshell generates for me is "can't open object: I/O error."

Julian has reproduced this locally. Apparently the hostname field doesn't even need to be a proper host name; any identifier will do. Such as the IP address... so long as it's quoted.

In fact, I now see that the field is called name, not hostname.
