Bug Description

Please sync fonts-cns11643 98.1-1 (multiverse) from Debian unstable (non-free)

Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
This Debian source package only contains fonts data, and it is already in Ubuntu quantal.
It is the standard fonts for Taiwan government, so it is good to have this package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.

What you want is not an FFe but a backport request. If you want to have a package backported from the development release to a stable one (12.04 is stable), then please have a look at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuBackports.

What you have to do is use 'requestbackport' from ubuntu-dev-tools and follow the instructions.
