CSS styling for '.. note::' not ideal

Bug Description

It'd be great to have nicely-styled CSS bits for the '.. note::' tag. http://developer.ubuntu.com/packaging/html/getting-set-up.html might serve as an example. A light grey box for example might raise some awareness of the noteworthy character.

Here's how the note from getting-set-up.html looks with my new CSS.

Looks good. Though I'd go with something a little more yellow than green. Maybe #FFFFAD Of course that's just my personal opinion, but note makes me think of Post-It notes.

Thanks for working on this.

Yellow is fine, but your yellow is too dark for me. I've set it to #ffc (I like the reduced color set because it's easier to choose of :)).
