If a new application is opened while dragging an icon, unity hangs

Bug Description

1) open a terminal and run (say): sleep 5 && gedit
2) drag an icon out from the launcher and wait keeping the mouse pressed

Expected result:
3) When the new application is opened, a new icon is added to the launcher
   and the dragged one is restored to its original position

Actual behavior:
3) Unity hangs while the icon is moved on the launcher, and the dragged icon
   is not hidden (while the keyboard is still grabbed).

Update: Unity 6.4 is revision 2632, so this is actually fix committed for Unity 6.6.
