Update to 3.6 series

This is held back in Quantal as we're not updating to GStreamer 1.0

Note we can update the GNOME3 PPA with the new version

Requires new version of grilo (bug 1042527)

I am pushing packages to https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-desktop/+archive/gstreamer1.0 for testing. You should install gstreamer1.0-alsa and gstreamer1.0-pulseaudio manually (AFAICT these are seeded for 0.10).

This bug was fixed in the package totem - 3.6.3-0ubuntu1
