with fixed buildout from https://code.launchpad.net/~mikemc/ubuntuone-windows-installer/improve-buildout/+merge/119195 , the env vars $u1lint and $u1trial are not necessary, since those scripts get installed to the buildout bin directory correctly.

The run-mac-tests script needs to update to work with the fixed buildout.
