Not localized error message "Some fields are invalid." in localized form

Bug Description
Scenario :
- Use "French" language
- Click "s'inscrire" to display supporter registration form
- Do not enter anything and directly click submit button "Inscrivez-moi"
--> Form will be reloaded and message "Some fields are invalid." is shown.
This message should be localized.

The Localité field must have one of these values: Brussel (Laken), Bruxelles (Laeken), Laeken (Bruxelles), Laken (Brussel)
