live-build should clean up non-release pocket apt lists

Bug Description

During the point release preparation it was noticed that the -updates, -security and -proposed package lists are taking up almost 2MB of compressed space on the media.

These shouldn't be needed for the install and will have changed by the time the system is installed forcing a re-download on all systems.

So these should be removed by live-build in the cleanup pass.
