Subdownloader cannot recognize accents of the destination folder

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make Ubuntu better. We noticed that some of the sentences in this bug report are not in English. If they were translated to English they would be more understandable to triagers. Could you please translate them?

sorry, thought the developer was Spanish.
The problem is that once you select a subtitle to download nothing happens.
is blocked as seen in the screenshot.

Which version of SubDownloader are you using?
Have you a i686 (32-bit) or a amd64 (64-bit) CPU?
For how much time does the window stop to work?

Currently SubDownloader 2.0.17 is available for Ubutnu 12.10. Are you detecting the same issue

Yes, i still have the same issue, here attachment screenshots with the log.
At the ubuntu repositories are the old version, for update i install *
ppa:subdownloader-developers/ppa*

Could you please run subdownloader and reproduce the bug via terminal two times?

First as 'subdownloader', paste all the content in a file and attach it here as 'subdownloader'.

The second one, run the program via terminal as debug mode 'subdownloader -d', copy all the content in a file called 'subdownloader_debugmode', and then upload it here.

This will help us on fixing this bug. Thanks a lot for your contribution, this will make subdownloader and Ubuntu every day better.
