Bug Description

ubuntuone-control-panel imports parts of ubuntuone.platform, and that code must not import reactor or twisted will install an incorrect default reactor, causing an annoying bug that only shows up when actually running the control panel on windows and darwin. The tests do not currently catch this problem.
