$ seeded-in-ubuntu python-rpyx -b
python-rpyx is not seeded.
python-rpyx does not exist and seeded-in-ubuntu should have told me that.

Checking if it existed would require a separate call to LP. It's simpler to just not do that. We could change the message to say that it isn't seeded and/or may not exist...
