CPPFLAGS and LIBS variables are overridden when python support is enabled

Bug Description

The values for CPPFLAGS and LIBS are not properly saved in the ac_python_devel.m4 file causing them to be overridden when python support is enabled.

The attached patch fixes the issue for ecryptfs-utils-99 and currently still applies to the latest trunk in bzr.

Thanks Tim! I've successfully built with and without python support to sanity check this patch. I'll get it committed to ecryptfs-utils.

This looks to have been a bug in the upstream autoconf-archive source:
