Off-diagonal values of an anisotropic_asymmetric tensor cannot be changed in Diamond once set.

Bug Description

If a user tries to enter a new off-diagonal value in an existing anisotropic_asymmetric tensor (for example "/material_phase[0]/vector_field::Velocity/prognostic/tensor_field::Viscosity/prescribed/value::WholeMesh/anisotropic_asymmetric/constant"), the new value will not be stored after the "Store data" button is clicked.
