New BugSummary triggers don't cope with duplicateof changes

Bug Description

bugtaskflat_maintain_bug_summary, the new primary bugsummary maintenance trigger, calls the journaling functions when any of the fields included in the table have changed. But I forgot to also check for duplicateof changes, since it's just used as a filter, not as a column in the table itself.

This means that duplicating or unduplicating a bug corrupts bugsummary.
