ubuntu-drivers-common (1:0.2.67) installs hybrid-detect to /usr/usr/bin/

Bug Description

With the update to the new kernel, I was checking the log and found:

init: Failed to spawn hybrid-gfx main process: unable to execute: No such file or directory

Turns out with the changes to workaround bug 1026016 the hybrid-detect executable is being copied to /usr/usr/bin/hybrid-detect. I believe this is because the target doesn't have a leading slash so it is being installed to $prefix/usr/bin/. Adding the leading slash (since all the other targets are absolute anyway) seems to fix the build.
