Fails to start if ipv6 disabled

Bug Description
After i disabled the ipv6 kernel module, postfix fails to start up and gives the
following error:
Nov 11 22:39:03 localhost postfix/
ine 84: bad hostname or network address: ::1
Commenting the offending line out of master.cf makes it work again.
