List of updates is much too short by default

Okay, I'm working on this now! Should it be possible to shrink that list below the default size, or would you prefer we keep it as a minimum?

I'm linking a branch with just the latter solution: the update list has a minimum height of 250px. That fits 10 updates in the group-by-applications branch. (About five with the list in trunk). Here is a screenshot: http://ubuntuone.com/1lh234wy2V7IEdKyeSZ6P6

Another option is to change the default window height (which is a dconf key), still allowing the window to be smaller than that. That change isn't quite as simple, but I'm happy to include it if you'd prefer that. (It's already done, actually). It might be useful to have a larger default height as well as a particular minimum, just to make sure the list is never pointlessly small, but then the minimum for being useful might be a good default anyway.

And I broke my U1 link. Oh well, I shouldn't have done that anyway. I'm attaching that same screenshot here…

I've updated the specification to cover sizes. <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareUpdates?action=diff&rev2=77&rev1=76> "The Updates Available window should be manually resizable only when it is in this expanded state. It should remember its previous expanded size, but by default should be the same width as when not expanded, and tall enough to show six items in the list, with a minimum height of three items."

Keep in mind that as the list becomes multi-column, each row will become about half its current height.
