Bug Description
a zstring in json_impl.cpp is destroyed before it's data is read. This causes an illegal_character exception to be thrown if e.g. the twitter api is consumed and parsed.
Also, the exception thrown contains non-utf-8 characters which causes problems in some execution environments.
