u1sdtool and ubuntuone-syncdaemon import gireactor,dbus when platform != win32

Bug Description

line 33 of bin/ubuntuone-syncdaemon and line 33 of u1sdtool both check if sys.platform != win32, then do linux-specific initialization.

Specifically, we don't want gireactor and dbus on darwin.

also with the same problem:
line 34 of contrib/login_email_password.py
