Bug Description
When the theme is changed automatically, neither Unity nor Nautilus update until log out/in.
The issue lies in the fact that applications don't update their theme until they are closed/reopened and neither Unity nor Nautilus close until logout (nautilus remains open to manage the desktop even though it apears to be closed)

Fixed in the latest release. Open programs store temporary versions of theme files. Whilst the theme was being changed, the files being used were old ones. The new revision creates a unique name for each change of theme to overcome this.
