Bug Description

On https://help.ubuntu.com/12.04/serverguide/mysql.html it incorrectly states that in Ubuntu 12.04 mysql-server-5.1 can be installed if required, however this package is no longer available in 12.04:

http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=mysql-server-5.1&searchon=names&suite=all&section=all

It seems it was last shipped in 11.10.

Added serverguide. This was missed in the 13.04 cycle because it was not on the serverguide bug list.
