Bug Description

http://paste.ubuntu.com/1047139/ has a licensecheck run over the r112 of pkgme. It'd be good to settle on only one license.

Hi,

I've cleaned this up as much as possible.

The majority of the project is GPL3, except for a couple of
files. setup_helpers.py is LGPL, and one of the template files is
Apache, and those files are from elsewhere.

Thanks,

James
