linux-armadaxp: 3.2.0-1604.7 -proposed tracker

This tracking bug was opened to be worked from linux-3.2.0-26.41 update (bug 1012057)

Changes pushed to the oem-armadaxp master branch, package built in the Canonical kernel team's PPA. It boots on the board.

All builds are complete, packages in this bug can be copied to -proposed.

Copied to -proposed, and overrides fixed. Should be in the right place in the archive in ~60m.

This kernel was overwritten in -proposed by a newer version.

This update will not make it to updates, a newer one superseded it in proposed.

This bug was fixed in the package linux-armadaxp - 3.2.0-1605.8
