Bug Description
In Visual Studio projects, cmake generates for each executable a .bat files for executing the exe in the cmd and a .vcproj file to set the environment variables properly for visual studio. Currently, the generation of those two files is different. This causes problems when using zorba as a subproject inside another project. To fix it, the generation of the .vcproj files needs to be done in the '.bat-file-way'.
